Average 400 new models were developed each year,applied to more than 2000 abroad vehicles and 1500 kinds cars in domestic market,owned over 50 patents;
Quality Management
From the raw material inspection,every batch hot metal and rough cast inspection during casting,that include material、body、surface inspection,to control the production process,include the first article inspection、selective examination、fully inspection and packing material inspection etc.
Production Environment
Owned advanced casting equipments—several German Automatic Cast Lines、core processing system. 300 microscopic CNC equipments in machining shop, OE workshop was founded and used, automatic robot will be imported during the end of 2016
System Certification
We have a CNAS class inspection center for raw materials and brake products.TS16949 quality system certificate was got in 2008.And ISO14001/OHAS18001 certificated in the same year.
